- Assisted web support team in maintaining 5,000 live industry-specific
web sites by accomplishing routine support tasks involving
client-side development, graphics and site administration.
- Supported 400 Scion dealership web sites in support of RWS’
exclusive OEM endorsement program.
- Assisted Web Support Manager in preparing the SEO/SEM program
– from development and implementation. Performed consumer
search behavior analysis and helped develop an optimized content
library, which is now used on all new production projects.
To date, we’ve implemented this content on over 100
web sites being launched for new customers.

- Primary support developer for CNU web site, developing content
and support graphics used throughout the site.
- Managed the migration of existing content into newly designed
templates, according to the design team’s pre-establish protocol.
- Performed data requirements and needs analysis to effectively
design, develop and implement cgi programs used with web-based
data acquisition forms.
- Executed testing and evaluation procedures on various software
development tools and products used in general web development
and web support.
- Conducted quality control and assurance testing, based on
standards set by the corporation, on all elements of each
project.
- Assisted other associates in general web development topics
and protocols.
- Controlled workflow in delegating support work to other
associates, then following up with each to ensure accuracy
and knowledge retained by the associates.
