March 7-11, 2005:
DEVELOP students presented the Nevada Invasive Species and Oregon Carbon Management projects to the 2005 ASPRS conference in Baltimore, Maryland.

June 12-14, 2005:
DEVELOP students presented the Alabama Air Quality project to delegates from twenty-two states at the 2005 SGPB annual conference in Point Clear, Alabama. The Mobile County Health Department will continue to partner with DEVELOP for the Alabama Water Management Project.

Computers for Schools

December 8, 2004:
DEVELOP and Fulton-Montgomery Community College delivered two computer labs to schools in the Village of Canajoharie, NY.

Contact DEVELOP

DEVELOP is a NASA Science Mission Directorate Applied Sciences Program that fosters Human Capital Development to extend NASA science research to local communities. Students demonstrate to community leaders prototype applications of NASA science measurements and predictions addressing local policy issues. The activity is student led, with advisors and mentors from NASA and other partner organizations.

DEVELOP projects relate directly to NASA's twelve Applications of National Priority
