• Design and develop new user interface of website using techniques to improve search engine page ranks, download efficiency, and marketing capabilities.
• Write manuals for the web site owner regarding how to maintain web site

• Assisted web support team in maintaining 5,000 live industry-specific web sites by accomplishing routine support tasks involving client-side development, graphics and site administration.
• Supported 400 Scion dealership web sites in support of RWS’ exclusive OEM endorsement program.
• Assisted Web Support Manager in preparing the SEO/SEM program – from development and implementation. Performed consumer search behavior analysis and helped develop an optimized content library, which is now used on all new production projects. To date, we’ve implemented this content on over 100 web sites being launched for new customers.

• Extensive user interface redesign of the DEVELOP program web site to meet NASA’s media branding requirements. Worked with NASA media department to ensure compliancy of the final product.
